cen gst 7.7

just got my first nitro yell its a savage but was looking at the cen gst 7.7 i know it has a big 5hp but how does it stack up to a savage? never here much about this rig. i have a buddy thats got 1 on order should be here in a fue days. just by what one can see on line its took mt to the next level.

It may have 5 hp, but can it be tuned as well as a Savage? probably not.

Durability wise not as good as a Savage either. I just talked with an owner of one & he's not impressed with it. Other than the CEN's size, I would go Savage for sure.

yeah...and you get more power out of that savage mill as well. soo much more tunability as well.

Well he has it? and and it had to have some changes done center locker was a must!!! to get it off the line. could not get it to change to 3rd gear. the truck is a killer hill climber. dont know any thing about how tuff it is YET but its in the works. we have a lot of bashing grounds in pike co. kentucky old strip mines are rc heaven :D so i will keep you posted

:eek: Well my buddy is tired of his big cen truck and he said he couldn't keep it running long enough to have fun with it so he was going to sale it and get a savage.

IMO if ur gonna go that big, get a gas truck like MCD or HPI
