I just put an LRP .28 spec 3 on my MGT. I was wondering if there is any aftermarket pipes that will fit the MGT? Or if the stock one will work well enough?

Q: did you MGT have the .21 or the .28 to start with?
Q2: does the pipe run down the side of the truck or across the back?
Most aftermarket pipes for bigblock engines should work fine, but you can get tuned pipes for your specific motor. You may have to get a header for your application as well. For this, you may want to take it to your LHS and inquire there, or write to EA and see what they recommend.
A lot of the aftermarket pipes have them (pipes and manifolds) for a lot of dift. trucks and its a good possibility you will find one made specifically for the MGT that is tuned for your new motor.
In the mean time, the stock one should work ok.
