Integy shock towers for Savage X 4.6

I bought a pair of aluminum Integy shock towers for my Savage X4.6. I tried to install them but im not sure how install the spacers. I looked on the Integy website and there spacers are different from the ones I have.

Is there a way to remove the pivot balls in the shock cap?
Cause I think thats what I need to do. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

I have the same for my savage. They should go shock, spacer, shock tower, spacer, shock. The spacers are there to hold the shocks away from the tower so the can move freely.

i would not try to remove the balls from the shocks.

i have the same shock towers take a look a my savage pic and see how i did the spacer and shocks onto the shock towers

Thanks for the help could you posibbly put a bigger picture? Did you also use the screws supplied cause mine are the same length and the stock screws and aren't long enough I have plastic spacers not the aluminum ones.

the new shocks i got came with longer screws i would go out and get longer ones ill put a better pic up later on this afternoon
