What is all this?

Hello everyone. I was wondering what is this. Ok so there are users here. I'm a C-Main Driver. I seen some other users that are A-Main and B-Main. Not sure is there's more of these, but what does all this mean? What does A-Main, B-Main, and C-Main Drivers means and what is the difference? Sorry guys that I don't know about these stuff.

I believe that the more you praise the editors the higher your rating goes.












Or is it based on post count?

Those titles are based on how many posts a member has. As a new member you are automatically given a "C-Main" title that identifies you as new. When you reach a specific number of posts on the board your title will become "B-Main". As your post count grows past yet another predetermined number you will become an "A-Main Driver".

Now if you are also referring to the terms A-, B-, C-Main driver... those refer to RC racing. The A-Main is the final race for the best drivers based on their qualifying position. The B-Main is for the next best group of drivers, and the C-Main is for drivers that are just trying to be satisfied with another 5 or 10 minutes of track time for the day.

No matter what the amount of posts i have i will always remain c-main. I have three broken E-Maxx chassis to prove my driveing ability. But being a C-main isn't so bad, if it wasn't for us there would be no movement in the industry to make things stronger or break resistant. All those poor aftermarket guys and graphite chassis makers would be out of business. I say praise the C-Mains, they help keep the R/C world turning out the cool products the A-Main guys buy and for that matter C-Mains so they don't have to hit up traxxas for a new chassis every other month.

The way I post i may never see the A-main. Just like in R/C racing, I think I was in the A-main ONCE :(. Oh well thats what practicer is for but it's hard to practice when its -15 below outside.
