Factory Tracks Raceway Michigan

Here is a few pics of the new layout at the track I run at in Michigan. They just put some new dirt in and the traction is AWESOME! There is alot more going on on the track than the photos show (elavation changes, step downs, and ect.). Nitro and electric and its open 6-7 days a week with 2 electric races and 1 nitro race every week. I just cant get enough.

thats a pretty nice lookin track u got goin there. Looks a bit rough, but its winter and has probably been raced on a whole lot....overall, nice layout, now i gotta go work on my track.....

Yeah it looks rough but thats only b/c these pics were taken one day after the dirt was spread. I say in about a week or two it will be as smooth as silk. I practiced on it a couple of days ago and it accually wasnt bad at all. I was running zero preload in back springs and 2mm in the front. The buggy was slammed to ground and it was perfect.

Where exactly in Michigan? I might swing by with my custom TT3,Touring Truggy 3 truggy, (based on a TC3). See my thread on it in the electric buggy catagory.

The track is located in Highland (about 10 miles east of Hartland). You can go to Factorytracksraceway.com and it has a link to get you directions from map quest. They are having a HUGE Electric race this weekend and a HUGE nitro race the following but they also have races for Electric every wednsday and saterday and they have a nitro race every sunday and the rest of the days are practice. All I can say is this place is AWESOME and the people are very freindly. They are about to put yellow tubing in too for better visibility of the track.

They are having a HUGE nitro race this sunday. Its called the Big Kahuna and they are handing out trophies for the top three in every main. They are pretty nice ones too!

I run on this track every time I get the chance, and it is TOP NOTCH. The traction is incredible, the layouts are always great, and the staff is courteous, and professional. Anyone in the area that has not visited this place, I highly recommend it. I guarantee you will have a very good time.
