This started out as a simple bed for an XC, and got out of control.

I need a six-channel radio for this one. Throttle and steering are on the right stick (dual-rates on the elevator acts like a two-speed) while the bed and boom are controlled by the left. Winch and disco lights are the other two channels.
The bed is driven by a length of threaded rod attached to a spur gear and a 540 motor. It's pretty simple once you see how it works, but making it happen was a little tricky.
