help 4 hubs

Does anyone know how convert RC10 GT hubs to hex hubs? There are so many different kinds of wheels that I want to put on my truck, but not having hex hubs makes putting these wheels on hard. Speaking of wheels, does anyone know if Axial's 1/10 scale beadlock wheels will fit on standard 1/10 scale tires (e.g. Panther paddle tires http://www.pantherteam.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=233). Beadlocks would be cool to have on my truck.

Wat you can do is buy hexes from a buggy and make sure the are the type that tighten i did it using hexes off a kyosho lazer hope this will help!!!:D
