Cannot View Hot Topic???

When I Try To View The Hot Topic It Says That The Editor Has Put A Block On My Account. Did I Do Somthing Wrong? It Gives My A Few Reasons Why This Might Be Happing And I Don't Think I Did Any Of Them. I Enjoy This Site And The Mag. And Would Not Violate Any Policys On Purpous . Can Any One Help Me In This Matter.thankyou And Ps What Is The Hot Topic???

The Hot Topic on the home page is simply one of the topics from within the site that has been getting a lot of replies.

There is nothing intentional that we do to keep anyone from viewing just that. I will check your settings to see if something has changed.
