Tires for Savage X

Im looking to buy a set of tires for my Savage X the rims are the same diameter as stock. However the tires I want are 15mm smaller in diameter than the stock tires and 2mm skinnier than stock. They are made by HPI for the savages but I was wondering what affect will it have on the truck? Will it just have better acceleration. Will it harm the truck? And should all 4 tires be the same kind?

The smaller tire will allow your truck to accelerate a little quicker. You can overcome this by going up 1 tooth on your clutchbell or down 1 tooth on the spurgear if you decide to do so.
This will not harm your truck and by the truck being a full time 4x4, you want the tires to be the same size in diameter.
