Do you have any racing experience? Are you going to race or just run for fun?
Your radio choices are great. Either one would be fine. JR also makes a great radio.
The B44 is a high end racing vehicle. I would not suggest it if you have no racing or RC experience. If you are just running for fun, it has little ground clearance and would not be very good in many places. The T4 would be good for all around fun and racing if you are just starting out.
If you plan on racing, I would suggest a stock motor, a decent quality ESC. 33000 NiMH batteries at the very least.
The charger is another subject. There are so many on the market... get the best you can afford. Get Lipo compatible. The Duratrax Ice is a great charger for the price.
Servo. Usually included with your radio. Get metal geared servo. The JR Z590M is a good choice. Any metal geared servo would be a good choice.
Here is a great chart for reference

Hope this helps get you started. Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.
