I have a t-maxx which has very bad brakes, the stock brakes were no good so i installed a rrb brake kit which is not much better. Any one got any suggestions???

get a stronger servo maybe,i just got the new t-maxx and the brakes are awesome.have to be carefull comeing to a stop or it will end orver end lol :D

I have built many Maxxes. I've always had great brakes too. I have used RRP & stock with no problems. Check linkages & as mentions possibly a weak servo.

You can easily mod the brakes with two disks and it will stop on a dime.
NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG:):mad: sorry about the fake spazz i gust needed to relese my pain and anger) on your tranny the break padds are hooked up to a couple of screws just simply tighten them:D
