If you are looking for tons of torque and added speed, check out these motors. I installed them onto my E-Maxx and I cannot keep the wheely bar attached. Either it falls off completly or it unsnaps leaving the wheely bar dragging behind. I am having trouble keeping it on the wheels due to the enormous power increase, I am having to learn to drive it all over again. This thing now runns similar to my Revo 2.5, but with the off the line snap you have with Electric. Insane increase in torque is the best way to describe the Kershaw Design Motors.

I used 2 of his Revolver 700-HO motors in my E-Savage. All kinds of power and torque. I went up to 30T pinions.

Wow finally a post from someone who's bought Dan's trucks. We've been emailing back and forth all day designing my Holy Grail. I'm planning on getting the Axeman II, it will be powered by a Medusa Research 3300 V2 motor running on a Mamba Max feeding off of a 6amp 4S LiPo accumulator. He said the truck can handle that, and I'm considering going with the Revo tranny. Are these trucks the real deal? My current setup is a custom FLM build I built based on the Traxxas Rustler, although I meandered towards the Stampede here and there. Will the KD truck be as tough, if not tougher, as my FLM? Thank you.

Yea man I beat the **** out of my AXE2 and It kept on coming back for more..Your setup sounds perfect, two things, Your Slipper Clutch will be crucial and go with the REVO Tranny.
These are the real deal and he includes a full sheet of parts with them that you can order directly from him...Dan E-Mails you back very quickly and is great to deal with (Great Customer Service)
Have fun with it man, I know you will.
