wheels and tires are a must no matter what... the next thing i'd do is get a really nice radio system cuz i'm soon to have 3 trucks and i'll have to be adjusting my one radio to each of them... no means to jack the thread so i'll ask you... if u were to get a new 2.4ghz radio or just something with a lot of memory ON THE CHEAP what would you get?? thanks :D

Start with bow tie treads or crimefighters. Get them in a 40 series though. Get some 40 series solid dish wheels to go with them. I am iffy on the wing, it helps the cooling head in rollovers, and smooths out the mid air stuff, but I think are up to the individual. Next, get the stage 3 rockers and corrisponding suspention links. Heavier springs, I am running purple front and rear. Get a resinator pipe or another performance pipe. Radios are not a must as most racers have a spectum or fm radio, and seldom run the stock tq3. But I would invest in a few assorted crystals just in case. Depending on the size of your local track, or the area you wish to run, you may want to grab either the close or wide ratio gears. That is optional however. Get the rear break conversion if you are serious about racing. Alos, depending on the rules of the local track, get a forward only conversion. Personally, I leave the reverse option in the truck, cause I like to back up now and then. Here is a pic of my Revo. This pic does not show my bowties because I do not have them on until I head to the track, I do not want flatspots ya know
