I just bought a Crc carpet Knife and i was wondering if i could use a mini t moter and esc???????

...as they say, anything is "possible" - but the carpet knife is not made/designed to be powered by a mini motor. You'd be much better off with a stock 27turn & economy speed control or a brushless system for it.
