has anyone seen this new bad boy yet? I've seen 1 pic - Ofna is not resting on it's laurels with the 8.5, the hyper 9 has a canted motor tilted into the centerline about 15 degrees or so like their new mini truggy, is supposedly about as wide in the chassis as a 1/10 buggy and just looks all around killer.....

I keep seeing a similar comment pop up on forums about the 9. The Revo isn't the first RC vehicle to have a tilted engine.

this is good trivia! Which was the first....first vehicle i remember was the kyosho SGP F-1, but i'm sure there have been some before that....

I bet this is going to be the top buggy of '08. Lot of innovation like the losi had at its release. And by "top" i mean the most increase of purchases and uses, not winning at national races, but then again who knows.

speaking of that i believe i saw one in my lhs it was dirty but it was a kyosho buggy with tilted engine

Yea I think they are trying to release it around x-mas time. But what do I know. Hey, R/C spy get some info!:p

they are still working out the bugs in it. buddy of mine watched them in South Carolina and told me the front suspension was really weak. so once they get that fixed its should be ready to go on sale

There's a few guys round my area that have em. I've seen em raced at MotoRama and at my local track last w/end. They look pretty good, so far.
