what's the differences between the XL-5 and the original

My original Pede had a stinger 20 turn 540 size motor, along with a mechanical speed control. The XL-5 pede has a 12 turn I think 550 motor and a XL-5 electronic speed control, (ESC). The XL-5 is much faster, and more reliable. You can get a better motor and speed control for blistering speeds for either truck. The VXL pede has a few tougher parts in it, along with a brushless motor and matching esc, couple it with li-po batteries and you have a true muscle machine.

arms are a bit tougher, all-new grey material is stronger, better shocks, things like that, tranny molding...
