I was thinking about buying a e-maxx but I was wondering if I should wait till the e-revo comes out.

Personally if I were you I would wait for the E-revo. It really depends though if you are more interested in a race capable electric monster (the E-revo) or if you're more into a bashing type monster (the E-maxx). The E-revo might make your wallet run and hide though...

it depends on where you stand as to what batteries and charger you own, as well as any aftermarket radios... other than that there's a $200 difference between the two, and getting an e-revo within the next 2 months will be quite a task within itself, but i'd say if you have the cash to get the MMM and a good brushless motor, the e-revo and already have good batts. charger and another radio then grab the e-revo ASAP

well they are both great trucks. but they are better at one thing than the other. like the maxx is a great basher but it can also be a very competitaive racer if you have the money, while the e-revo is a great racer but it can also be a great basher if you have the money. i own the new e-maxx and i absolutely love it, so im gunna have to say go with the maxx. -Wes

IMO if u wana bash get the e-revo, unless u wana put money into the Maxx the same time you get it... why? bulkheads. the new erevo has newer, stronger bulkheads that are designed very similarly to the UE bulkless conversion (haha, i know that doesn't quite work, but hang with me here) and not to mention revo bulks were never a problem in the first place. there are some rather cheap and durable fixes for the maxx's bulk problem, but if all u wana do is charge and go, get the revo...

x2.....new E-maxx is a great truck, you cannot wrong with either but you'll be waiting a bit or paying a premium for the Revo till it dies off a bit.
