aagh!!!! i dont know what to get, a traxxas slayer, hpi savage x.46, hpi hellfire, or a truggy losi 8ight-t? I'm just getting out of the electric 1/10 scale and have moderate experince in offroad nitro. any opinions guys?:confused::confused::confused::confused::conf used:

Thats a tough desicon. I'd go with the slayer with what u put. If I were u I'd go with Jammin x1x RTR or a step higher with a X2. Look around have fun there is no down side to buying a new truck except ur bank account!:cool:

I would say go with the savage X 4.6. It's big, mean looking and (from what I have heard) can take some pretty extreme abuse with an easy to tune engine, but that just what I have heard about it. Ultimately the choice is up to you.

savage X .46 if you have money. just because parts/availability/hop-up options.

but go to a LHS and see what they got there. odds are theres somebody who knows what their doing

Why does evreyone think that the Savage X 4.6 is better than the 5.9 XL I like my budds 5.9 XL over my 4.6 any day!:D

ya,... but I went over everysingle part and it's exactly the same as the 5b except for the body, air filter, and 10,000 rpm clutch. everything else is te same.... including the chassis measurements, hieght, width, wheelbase etc. eve the wing is the same
