Xmods Generation 3 Coming

Hey, I just got news from someone I know that there is going to be a new line of xmods coming out this september. So far I have know idea what they'll look like or be called, but they say that they are going to be a lot better then they ever were.

If they don't come with aluminum dog bones they aren't going to be on my list of must-haves. My firebird has been out of action for 2 years because I can't find any replacement dog bones for the rear.:mad:

you should look on ebay, i know you can find alum ones there. if you dont have an ebay account check out thetoyz. im pretty sure they have them too.

problem is they are too short - i have an F150 with the "lift kit," and big tires, and the bones pop out all the time. tried shimming, but they just fall out at full extension.

then you should get the dogbones with alluminum cups already installed:D

they also may be the front dogbones, those tend to be shorter

they are the same scale so yes they will fit. i went to rs the other day and i was going to buy one, but then i looked on the next shelf and saw a propulse and i say 25mph out of the box. i bought one of them instead and im more impressed and glad i didnt waste my money on the xmods. the new xmods arent that great, yeah, they look kool, but you cant change any body kits, there are no new wheels or other upgrades, you cant change the frequecny, the list goes on and on.

I got rid of my x-mod a long time ago. It stunk in every aspect I thought. When I pulled it out of the box, the left front wheel had air under it when sitting flat. I got that fixed, upgraded the motors, shocks, all wheel drive kit, lights, I had a lot of money in it and it just was not worth a dang.
