ok my ae.15x engine is starting to get hard to start, today i had to hold full throttle on the controller to get it to start, it has gas in the lines and all, and there is gas getting to the engine,i dont know what it is, it has about a gallon on it, maybe slightly less than a gallon, i only have 2 mods on the engine, a fuel filter, and i took out the restrictor, my truck isnt tuned lean or anything, if anything its a little rich, so if u guys could help me that would be good, hopefully my engine isnt blown or anything. o ya i forgot to mention that the engine is makeing tons of power, so its not worn down

Have you changed the glow plug recently? That will cause that.

Mine jsut became hard to start today. I ran it for 1 tank of gas and then refueled and then ran it again and it stalled out on me. Tried and tried to get it started but it wouldnt start. Then I noticed that the pull start was hard to pull. Dont really know why. but I let it sit for like 30 mins or so and tried again and it started after a couple pulls.

U have all ur settings right? Not too lean on the LSN or HSN. Also make sure ur geting fuel to the motor. Tighten the glow plug where its preety tight. Make sure the header seal isnt ripped or the carb is too loose. (that can cause air leaks) All that fails make sure that the clutch is okay and not seized. If all that doesnt find the bug call AE or take it to the LHS.

alright it wasnt the glow plug, when i went to try again yesterday, before i was gonna change the glow plug, i looked at my glow ignitor, and it said 0 volts. So i charged up my glow ignitor, and tried again later on, and it started right up in like 2 short pulls, it was way to rich though, but at least it doesnt have a problem starting now.
