Note about ESC and motors:

The wiring of the ESCs and motors greatly affects performance.

Wiring 2 motors in series (where one lead connects the "+" on one motor to the "-" on the other motor) to one ESC will cause the motors to operate at 1/2 the RPMs, but have the same amps rating as a single motor.

If wired in parallel (each motor wired directly to one speed control), the amps will double, but the RPMs will be the same as for a single motor.

If you choose to use an ESC for each motor, power them up separately and perform individual setups.

I do kind of like it, it's pretty big for it's size. Perfect way for me to get into crawling, but man, it is all aluminum, it will probably make me put it on the shelfs, if I get it. :D

The newest issue of RC Car Action tested the X-Crawler. Wish I have that mag to read about it, but my mag store don't sell them anymore!

I'm not a crawler guy, but is this like a really big crawler or somthing? Seems big.

This is a very big crawler. It's 23.5 inches long, that's the same length as the XL. It's a Super Class crawler.

It can probably handle those motors that you mention. Nitro starter box?

The 775's go into nitro starter boxes.
