savage x ss cooling head

I want to buy a different cooling head for my savage x ss, I'm not really too crazy about the stock purple color, anyway all the heads I'm looking at don't have the threads for the glow plug, I have taken the head off to check it and it does'nt look like it comes apart. Am I just looking at the wrong replacements or am I missing something on my stock head? If any one could drop me a line and fill me in I would appreciate it. :confused:

The head does come apart it just takes a bit of force. I have the x 4.6
