question about Dyeing

Hey guys just had a few questions about dyeing parts. Any help would be appreciated.
1 Whats the best dye?
2 Will Dye work on any RPM part?
3 Can non white part be dyed?

I use RIT dye, easily found at most supermarkets and departments stores. It works perfect on white nylon, so if you have white RPM parts, they should take whatever color you choose just fine. I have used it also to dye ABS successfully as well, just be aware the heat from the boiling water may warp the parts. I've dyed a blackfoot chassis, tons of rims, my Revo rockers, pretty much anything I wanted to turn black and not paint it.
