The tekin Is the best of the best. RCD used it on the mini t several years ago and said It performed flawlessly. I would also choose tekin over anything else, but they are more expensive.

I've really only heard about guys using the Tekin FX-R on Crawlers, but they say that it's a great system, and that it performs amazingly. I'm sure it works as well on a Mini-T. Haven't heard much about the castle, although I've seen videos of it and it looks pretty fast. If it's as nice as the other castle products, I'm sure that that's another good choice. Really, it just depends on what you like best.

I have been running the Castle ESC's and motors in my minis for a few years now. They are awesome. The Tekins are also very nice, but as was already said they are more expensive. The one thing I absolutely love about the Castle systems is the link. It makes setup, and adjustability easy, and infinite. There is nothing quite like plugging your ESC into your computer, and having the ability to adjust a limitless number of parameters quickly and easily. Stay away from the Excelorin systems. I read nothing but horror stories about the quality.

ok so apperantley tekin is the way to go and its not that much more expensive then the mamba the one i showed is going for about $145 so i think thats what i'm gonna go with.

ok now how about lipo systems??

max amps, apogee or e flight??

You can go Tekin if you want. I personally prefer the Castle systems. Setup and tuning is WAY better IMO.

All of the lipos you mention are good, and will serve you well. I run Hyperion packs, and chargers and am very happy with them. When it comes to lipos just be sure to go with a good brand. They might cost a little more, but it's worth it in the long run.
