I was kicking around about buying a 1/18 or 1/10 losi slider. If I bought one I would like to paint it like a real car. For those of you that know what the World of Outlaws Sprints are I like the car of Ed Lynch jr # 2L, since he is our local hero. I was wondering if I could run into problems with getting the exact decals off his car. Also, if I didn't want to paint it myself how hard would it be to find someone who paint it for me at a decent rate.
Thanks for y'alls time.

Define "decent rate" as you understand it.

most of the time costome painted shells can run between $50-$200 depending on the quality:eek:

The reason is didn't describe "decent rate" is because I've never had a body custom painted and I don't know how much it really is. About the graphics on the car, would it be hard to get most of the main graphics, like the yellow checkers? I know most of the small decals would be lost, and I'm ok with that, I understand that would be too hard. Thanks

zeggers graphics (sp) is pretty big down here in sFL hes even been on a few projects on "other" magazines, he'd probably do a losi slider for a good price. as far as the car itself is concerned, they work awsome! they and the mini ones are very popular at my track.
