cant get to website

when i am on my windows computer , im on a mac laptop now , i can not get to the website it says 404 not found but i go onto a admin profile it works is there any problem with the server only letting admins on the website?

Not that I know of. Can you explain what you mean by "going into an admin profile". Is it that you log out of you user and sign into an admin user on your pc and then you have access to the site?
