Hi all,
I just got a 4 tech off of rcu and I realized that since it has the ez start instead of a pull start that I don't know how to prime the engine without flooding it. So I thought I would ask for help. Usually with a pull start I would just plug the stinger and give it enough pulls to prime the engine and start it......no big deal. With the ez start I don't want to flood it so I'm thinking that's not a good way to go. I would try to pull the fuel line off of my exhaust, but as you can see from the pix that's not really an option either because the receiver box makes it a pretty tight fit. I also noticed that the wire to warm the glow plug doesn't seem to want to work, which is no big deal I can always just use my glow ignitor, but I was wondering if it is possible to replace just that one wire without replacing the whole ez start unit and/or the wire harness for it. I've included several pix of the engine area so hopefully that will help. As always thank you in advance to anyone who can help.
