I FINALLY got a tmaxx. It's a 2.5r but it has a supercharger on it and it will keep up with the 3.3s with no problems Here's a list of all the goodies on it!
2.5r tmaxx
rpm wheels pad
lock tires has led lights on it
this truck also has supercharger on it
spools in front and rear ends
has 1950 dodge powerwagon body
I've included some pix so check it out!

That super charger looks sweet!
Nice body, I love those power wagons. How are the lights hooked up?
p.s. superchargers don't quite work so good on 2 strokes. The 2.5r might actually run better if it did not have to turn the supercharger too.;)

The lights have a 9 volt battery hooked up to them. As far as the supercharger goes as far as I'm concerned it's working just fine because this engine has more then enough power.

question, can you adjust the boost on those chargers?
Hmmm, don't think there is any real "boost" to adjust, its a two stroke.

Yes you can buy smaller/bigger pullies. But its a two stroke engine. If anything its robbing power.Sell it and your 2.5r and buy a Picco .26........Trust me....They are Awesome....................

what if you gaot a larger pulley to underdrive it so the engine isnt working so hard
and the pressure isnt blowing all your gas out the exhaust before it detonates?

So, what you are telling me is that I have less "power" i.e. speed with a supercharger then what I would without one? Kind of defeats the whole purpose doesn't it? So my truck would be even faster without the supercharger?

Nice T-Max I love the S/C on it some people say it dosent work but for me it did, I had one on my RC10GT with my O.S 18 cvrx and it was super fast> I actually beat a stock 3.3 JATO with my GT (RC10GT is made for the track / JATO is made for speed) so it all depends how you tune your rc car to make it work good. just my two cents.

From what I've heard, and learned from my truck (this is my first encounter with a super charger so I'm kind of learning on the fly) if you run your truck richer then 4 turns out then your engine should be fine. Also thanks for the props :D
