sencord motors detect the motors armeture's location and keeps the motor from whats called cogging... sencorless motors are like a brushed motor in the way that it doesnt detect were the armeture is and they end up being cheaper but they sometimes cog up wich means that the motor will stuter at real low rpm's and some tracks dont allow the use of sencorless motors... but if your only gunna bash go sencorless... alot more simple and usually cheaper

I couldnt tell ya... but I know they are both really good motors so it doesnt really matter to much... I think hte mamba max may have the ecs adjustment jack inthe packedge

the mamba max can handle much hotter motors than the sidewinder can. if you plan or upgrading further down the road, the max is an excellent ESC. The sidewinder is fine for bashing though, and can handle nearly anything you'd through at it. I would recommend the sidewinder 5700 combo ilo 4600 for your MT though. Price is no different and you'll need the extra power to haul around that truck.

I'd just get the Sidewinder. They are great ESC's! Can't handle a 6600 Kv or the hotter ones, but the 5700 is plenty for that truck.
