modified motors for kyosho twinstorm

I would like to know if it is posible for me to change the motors (x2 @ 19 turns ) to 10 turns (x2) with an esc traxxas 14.4v to my kyosho twinstorm. will it burn the system or be compatible. the other system is the brushless system with compatible esc like in the supervee 27. please help me for my project before summer comes.

um... it wouldnt work with an old evx... you would burn out the ecs... the evx-2 can handle down to 15t

super vee 27 might work, i think it has 1 motor though, maybe get 2 small esc that can handle 10t motors
