sc10

should i give up racin ma slash for a sc10. not sayin im geting rid of it but just somthing new to try. ill get one this week if my lhs has a kit in. ill run the new novack havoc3s w/ the ballistic 8.5t sensored brushless. if you guys want ill do a build vid or picts

Well if you plan on racing the SC10 then you will need to go with a 17.5 BL set-up to be legal (then again you are in Canada so I don't know if tracks up there use roar rules or not), unless the track you run at it is a rare open class (I won't get started as to how the open class will kill the corr class).

Well in anycase the SC10 will out handle the slash, and over all is a better race truck but the draw back is you will have to be sure there is a class for it as the slash class is huge, but an open or spec SC class might be on the rare side.



Ok to answer your question, I say race both if you can.

in all honsty, the sc10 is nice but some tracks are hesitant to pick up an open sct cl**** we run the sc10 in our open class (motor must be same but batt restrictions are lifted and any tires can be run) the sc10 is close to the slash, its only when a top level tunning guy gets his hands on it that i think it shows what its capable of

my track i open to any config of short course truck as long as the body covers the wheels! its awsome i can half a slash and haf of a sc10! its cool. there are no regulations. ill do a vid of it running bc my camra doesnt take long vids.:mad:
