HellCAT 19

Well it's time for a rebuild for this old rig, I've had it since early 06 and it's always been a 2.2 Ford, but Now I think it's gonna be a 1.9 Ford.

This Rig will be a Comp rig, so I can't get carried away with the details, just enough to make it look good, but nothing weighing it down or getting in the way.

I did some work and than some testing. The first thing I did was Dovetail the nose and make a new chassis.

Stripped of all the paint, took a while to get the paint off, had mixed enamels and laquers.

When I trimmed the fenders I had to take more than I wanted to because of the fender flares and the over sized highlift fender wells, the cuts had to cut across the fender flares so I had to take all the flare and the stock highlift fender is almost cut into the door.

Since Kreaky my 2.2 Comp Rig is bedless, I decided the Ford needs a bed.

and if it has a bed it needs a roll bar. The bed is made from 060 styrene and 3/16" square tubing, the roll bar is 3/16" brass tubing.

Now I need a radio box, first the foot, this will keep the radio box in place should I hit a tree or something.... ;D

I boxed the first area, I'm using 030 because this box will have a lot of details, but I really hate using 030 for walls, it tends to bend if not supported on all 4 sides.
