August Issue Omissions??

Help Please.
Was there something missing from the august issue? on the cover it says 40 m.p.h. brushless buggy project.

I have checked the magazine several times and cannot find the article, am I missing something? was there a gremlin at work ?:confused:

Doh, I read the article without putting that together.

Seems like it would be easy to include the page # like other headline/attention getters are...:)
