I don't know about the air brush, but you will hate the compressor. I have one and it will not keep a constant presure, It starts high then peters out in seconds.

if you dont mind masking everything, a single action brush is fine. if you want fine lines, a dual action brush is the only way to go.

Don't shop airbrsuhes at the hobby sites.... go to a painting site for the best deals

if you've never owned an air brush before maybe see how much a badger 350 is going for these days. its a single action siphon feed. i bought one about 15 years ago (?). got everything but paint and compressor for like 30 bucks. painted a lot of model cars, slot cars and a few rc car body's with it. got some good paint jobs. it worked out well for honing my skills and learning basic techniques before moving on to something better (and a lot more expensive)

Saw that Dave, was on the verge of PM'ing you. Dropped mine on the floor while cleaning it and broke it beyond repair :( My compressor (Testors Blue Ice) did not have enough pressure to work with it though. Airbrushing in the Old School shop has not been going well.
