Tire questions

OK so I know it's early, but I'm getting ready to go racing next year (my first year:D) at my lhs. I'll be running my nitro tc3 on a parking lot course, so I will be on asphalt. I'm thinking of running foams for tires, and I already know that different compounds have different colors, but beyond that I'm a total noob to foams. So I guess it all boils down to what color means what and what is a good foam tire for parking lot racing? As always thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

i think some race classes require either rubber or foam tires. check what class the car (and you) falls under.
