I was wondering what the perfect setup, and tuning would be for 1/10 scale drifting. I have a tt-o1 with locked rear diffs and abs tires, but is there anything else I could do?

torquey motor, hot battery. Possibly going brushless with a 2s lipo. A 19t trinity motor would get your wheels spinning,. And run it on a 7 cell NiMH SMC 4200 battery with a AE AI super revering esc. That would do pretty well, maybe stffen the rear springs some.

Stiff suspension, precision driveline, loads of torque, light battery (lipo), fancy body with a light kit, hpi/yokama drift tires and deep rims, carbon fiber chassis, aluminum bulkheads and shock towers, faster servo, the list goes on

You can try locking the front diff, too. IMHO, the TT-01 handles really well with both diffs locked. Also, I would get a set of ball bearings and adjustable arms if your kit didn't already include them.
