which one is better if the losi is 320 and evo is 330

Just by personal preference, I would choose the Losi.
I have worked on several of the Warheads for the local shop and while it has a great design, some flaws still need to be worked out.

One other item of suggestion would be to check your local hobby shop. See what parts are in stock!
