Retro section.

Yes, that is a complete new in box Tamiya Blackfoot. The box has only been opened once by me and nothing has ever been taken out or disturbed since it was packed 20 years ago.

Finally I have a Nitro TC3, RTR version. Just picked it up cheap and I haven't run it yet. I also have another project x-factor without any good pics of it.

Nice collection you got three!!!

Lucky you. I wish I could buy moe off-road stuff.

BTW, a few questions:
1 - which one do prefer to run
2 - which one do you keep as a shelf queen
3 - Which one have the most mods on it (I would say the savage but not sure)
4 - Last but not least, how much monety do you spend on those really nice truck??? (Just for fun cause they seems all well maintained)
;)
Thanks for sharing

Thanks. I just did a new body for my MMT. It turned out pretty good for a first airbrush attempt I think.

Dude your collection ROCKS !! I too have way to many, But I love them all. Your custom X-Factor is sweet. Nice work on that one & all the others as well. Looks like you stuck for life like the rest of us Addicts. I keep telling everyone, at almost 40 there are way worst things I could spend my money & time on for sure !! Believe it or not my wife is used to it :D .

Here is that Hard Drive shell mounted on the Revo

Here is one of my newest and most cherished additions, Mad Force RCX Edition. This is straight out of the box where I bought it from, so I need to clean it up.

http://www.intergate.com/~rpurcell/rcu/fleet/RCX3.JPG

And I bought another NIB kit from my past, a Marui Big Bear

a Big Bear!!! Very nice, you are bringing back a lot of memories... :)

Do you plan on building up that Hi-Rider Vette or keeping it in the box? That's a very nice find BTW.

dale_gribble
12-23-2007, 11:26 AM
It is staying in the box. I get just as must satisfaction of opening the box and sifting through the parts and manual as I would building it. Kind of hokey, I know.

Haha! I am all about the solid axle monsters. They drive differently, handle differently and require a whole different way of driving.
