Ive got a rustler, and i used Duratrax shocks. They were inexpensive, fill on the bottom like losi shocks and worked great. look for the shocks on the evader, they fit the rustler just fine

Integy has some great shocks out there. I have been looking at those for my emaxx and rustler.

I have a pair of integy shocks for my pede and absolutely LOVE them!!!! They are easy to tune, easy to bleed, are very well made (functionally and visually) and can be used with many, many, many other springs and pistons available. Take it from me, there's no going wrong with these shocks. Although they are a tad pricey, keep in mind that the are aluminium piggy back shocks with functional piggybacks, and that you will buy a set for every vehicle you own after you take a run on these (you'll even find yourself looking for them in a 1:1 scale :P)

Nothing. they work fine. I did upgrade my stock shocks with aluminum caps, but that is only because I abuse my truck. I went with the duratrax shocks because I wanted blue shocks. the stock shocks are fine.
