If your plug is burnt get a new one. Check the old one first by taking it out and putting on your igniter. If it lights up only on part of the coil replace. Go back to your factory settings on your carb and start tuning again. Oh, how long did you run it before this happened and what temp do you run it at?

If you're still running the ez start, then to check the plug, keep it plugged in to the blue wire and touch it to the cooling head so that you can see the coils. Then just push the button on the starter.

If your plug is burnt, I would recommend getting some McCoy MC 59 glow plugs. Those things will last a LONG time.

Hope this helps.:)

thanks for the help i will try some of the McCoy MC 59 glow plugs if i can find them at hobbytown but i tried some of the o.s. glow plugs and the engine just ate them like five minutes after i ran the engine.

use the MC-59's. The length of the plug can mean whether it will last a tank, or a gallon.

Make sure your using the right plugs, after that Reset your carb to factory and retune. Also make sure your using the right fuel

Could be a couple of things. 1. Bad luck and an out of tune engine happened to follow a crash. Follow the previous suggestions and retune. 2. If you wrecked hard enough, you could have smashed the aluminum head down and your piston could be hitting the glow plug. If you know the sound your engine normally makes, listen for a knocking while it is running. Also, you can tear down the engine and see if there are marks on top of your piston 3. You broke the carb and now your engine is running lean burning the plugs out.
