Just got started about 2 years ago with nitro. T-Maxx 2.5 for my first. I love it. Its easy even for a beginner. I got my son the Nitro X-Cellerator last year. Yes it outruns my T-Maxx but its all good lol. Sometimes my wife thinks I'm obsessed. I think I will stay with this hobby for a long time. Hope to get lots of help in the future from all you professionals when and if I need it. Long live R/C.

Welcome fellow addict :D R/C is definitely a great hobby! I started before my first son was born, he is 7 now and he loves R/C, it's a great way to spend time with him. He is even wanting to start wrencing on them now which is great, especially since I enjoy wrenching on them as much as running them! Actually he and I have been building his T-maxx for a while now, just a few more pieces and we'll have it done. I love this hobby!
