Ball Stud Socket issues

I know for many of you this in't an issue, but is there any easier way than clipping onto Ball Stud Sockets? I just dont have the hand and arm strength to do it and when I use my weight I end up braking plastic parts.

I use a small pair of needle nose pliers to pop them little dudes on. I agree they are tough on the fingers.:D
