trying to find some 2.8 velocitys

pro-line only makes the velocities in 40 series and maybe (i haven't checked) 30 series which i believe is 2.2... http://pro-lineracing.com/proline.html

well is there any other 2.8 wheels for a rustler

well, there are the stockers, but there is also imex (see imexrc.com) i've heard a lot of negative attitude towards their wheels for breaking easily, and i just saw a pair in the hobby shop and they aren't held together very well at all, but i would take a BL rusty and a pretty go impact to break one. However, they do offer 2.8 tires as well, which have just been started being packaged with new inserts that are MUCH improved over the old inserts. This brings me to that you can use the stock 2.8 rims and grab some of imex's 2.8 tires ( link to tires: http://imexrc.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=24 )

yup. the rusty pretty much coppied the jato's rims
