Mini-T:What should I upgrade?

I just got a stock Team Losi Mini-T, and I was wondering what to upgrade to make it go faster, other than the motor. I've heard a Lipo battery might help, but is this true, and will I need something other than the stock charger?

A lipo will make it faster & stronger. Yes, you will need a charge capable of charging lipo batteries. Remember the safety issue with lipo batteries. Would hate to see someone burn their house down, Not understanding these batteries.

I have had a mint-t for some years now and getting the BB kit really helped with speed.After 2 years my stock motor burned out and upgraded to PEAK racing
RAIDER motor with 7.2 1100 NI-MH pack,big difference....:)

Yeh better battery and motor are the way to go. Then upgrade as you break it. Or if it leeks and or just plain looks to stock. Stock chargers and motors are there to sell the car. They are madeto only last a short time bases on use. If you buy it and only run it a few times it'll last. But if you use it for any length of time it will wear out. i have a multiplex multicharger and it is awesome can charge up to 5 lipo cells i think and like 14 or 15 nimh/nicd cells
