HPI Savage RTR vs E-Savage RTR

Can somebody tell me if the hop up parts for the Savage and E Savage fit universally? I know the Savage is 1/8 Scale where the E-Savage is 1/10. I really want a Truck with the blue Savage paint scheme, but am hesitant about jumping into a Nitro powered truck.

hows it going the nitro savage wont fit with the e savge the shock towers have different mounting holes and the parts in general are just a lot smaller then the nitro.... :cool:

Hey the best Savage body(I think) is the savage x 4.6 body (which is blue). If u got the savage 25(or which eva savage u want, except e) u could just buy one of those and stick it on Ur savage..

They are NOT universal. I dont know of any of the parts that work together. FLM sells a kit to make your esavage use nitro savage front and rear ends. And FLM sells a brushless conversion for your nitro savage.

well you could always buy the e savage and then buy the savage blue body the sell them prepainted from hpi already... just a idea
