Big block?

I have the Tmaxx 2.5. What does the r/c world consider a big block? Pico .26 O.S. .21 ?????

I always assumed that anything .21 and bigger was a big block.

correct. Traditionally, .12 and .15 are small blocks, and .21-.32 are big blocks. The recent crop of .18 should be considered "mid" blocks, some of them put out as much power as a mild .21 though they are usually stuffed into an overbored .15 size motor.

the Picco 26 max, and OS 21TM are mid blocks. there small blocks with a big block piston and sleeve.

Ok, here is one for ya!

If the .21's to the .34's are big block motors, then what is the HotBodies .46, NEC .46 and AE's .50 motors?

.20+ qualifys as a big block engine in racing...a .32+ engine qualifys as a big block to ME

But what bout the traxxas 3.3 its a .20? I've heard .18 and smaller are small blocks. .21 and up are big blocks. (To me I Think .28 and up are the only big blocks:D) But what is the .20 called? Mid block?
