the antenna wire brock, any suggestions on how to fix it? I WOULD REALLY RATHER NOT BUY A NEW RECEIVER BOX! whenever i give it throttle it might, MIGHT, go for a few seconds then the brakes will lock up. heeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllpppppppppppppp!!! :( :( :confused: :mad:

If there is still a little bit of antennae coming out of the reciever, you can just solder the two ends back together (if you still have the part that broke off).:)

Soldering it back together is about your only hope without replacing the reciever. Give it a shot, Got nothing to lose ....

i broke my antena wire off my reciver i wen tot the local hobby shop and bought new reciver wire it was like $4.00 then just take the 4 screws out of the reciver case and un solider the antena wire and put the new one in it takes like 10 mins if you dontr feel good solidering the wire have your hobby shop do it for you ...

lol, this time dont forget to shrink-wrap it to the antenna mast...

Once you solder it back together, wrap the wire in electrical tape.

I have a 2.5 tmaxx and I also ripped the antenna off. For a little while I used a stiff piece of wire that I made a loop on one end and left the other end straight. to hold it I put the loop end in the receiver box and stripped the antenna and wrapped it in the loop. That worked until I got a friend to measure his antenna, then I cut a piece of wire and soldered it to the receiver like the original.
